Description
My website has crashed and I no longer have access to WP to see what has happened. I am the adminstrator of www.ultimate.ie The pages /URLs are returning error messages:
the hosting company advised it is a Wordpress issue as they can see there was activity with plugin updates yesterday that caused the site to crash. Please advise as I can not re-set plugins or access the site to check what is going on.
I set up another account to try and see if I could access my website but this didnt work either.

Hi @ultimatewp, welcome to WordPress Trac!
This Trac is used for enhancements and bug reporting for the WordPress core software.
Please try the support forums to get help with your site.
Hey @ultimatewp,
Since this is likely a plugin problem you might be able to get better help and investigation going on if you ask in the support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Most plugins do not have automatically pushed updates so usually you would need to manually perform updates through the dashboard for them to occur. Did you perform any plugin updates not long before the site stopped functioning? If you did not manually perform any updates ask your host to share the logs that show the updates happened (if they provide those logs you may be able to see what plugin and/or part of the update that it failed with.
