Perhaps changing the wording to "in progress" only with the running gear to show progress would be sufficient. I will ask on #polyglots for their feedback and comment back.

This in my latest install says 'installing' which for me says we should close this for now. Thank you everyone for your work and updates here but let's move on and forward knowing this has been resolved.

In case that isn't the situation for everyone, I will for a few days leave this with the close keyword then move it to that state.
