Hello,
I can't open any other administrator page for the following page: (https://caccd316.envatohostedview.com/wp-admin)
Website works normally: caccd316.envatohostedview.com
I got this error:
"This site can’t be reached
The web page at https://caccd316.envatohostedview.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

Hi @hkovac21 and most welcome to WordPress core trac. This is the system where we keep track of errors and enhancements for WordPress core.
At the moment, you seem to be right in the beginning of the troubleshooting phase, and so far your problem doesn't seem likely to actually be any bug in WordPress core.
