Hi,
Thanks for submitting this ticket but core.trac is used to track WordPress Core bugs/enhancement.
Your issue seems to be related to the theme you downloaded. Please use support forums instead.
Cheers,
Jb

Hi @ejm91101
Although you may right now feel very stressed, please calm down, and realize that WordPress Core Trac won't help you at all.
This is the place where the developers of WordPress core keep track of things that need to be fixed and developed in the software WordPress as such.
If you, after analyzing your problem, find that there actually is a bug in WordPress that causes your problem, then you can reopen this ticket. But most probably, at least 99.99% probability is that something else caused your problem. Probably there's a big problem with the theme you tried to install.
In order to get help from some peer WordPress user who volunteers their time to help others, write a post in https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Good luck
This is an urgent matter. My entire site has crashed and with no way to correct it.
