    initial v1
33Thinking we can have a "Create Privacy Policy page" button that will act like a submit button and we can insert a new page titled "Privacy Policy" directly, no need to send the user to the New Page screen. After inserting it, or after the user selects a page from the drop-down and saves, we should show a link to edit the policy.

5 Now comes the fun part: when editing the policy there will be a "postbox" that contains all the text suggested by core and plugins. In addition to showing the text, it will have to store the old text and highlight parts when they are updated. Not quite a diff, but draw the attention to any changed block of text.

77In addition after core or plugin update we should show an admin-wide notice when some privacy text(s) were updated, perhaps until the user dismisses it.
