Hi,
Actually I noticed that many folks have this error as mentioned (or so).
Impossible today to login as Admin on my website, on which I just did some changes (under win10). I tried many ways for hours but no success, really annoying!!!
Maybe the BUG:
Suddenly I tried to login with my mobile phone (huawai p8 android) and I could immediately access my website with Admin login. Then, I could also do it immediately on my 2 PC win10.... ;-)
Am sure you agree that it is very strange and I have no idea how it could work that way.
Maybe a......BUG! :-)
