To not charge the content of the Boxes in the admin page if a boxed is not activated

Revisions, Slug, Owner... are boxes of the screen option of the editor pager that some times are deactivated. If we do not load while we open a page if are deactivated, we will have a faster and simpler charge of the page.

This was discussed during a triage session today.

I'm going to close this ticket wontfix as the new block editor (Gutenberg) has been introduced since the ticket was opened. The older, classic, editor has been moved in to maintenance mode and is no longer receiving enhancements.

Similar options appear elsewhere in the admin but they hide significantly less content so any performance gain would be negligible.
