Description

ca-bundle.crt (wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt) has last been updated on Wed Sep 16 08:58:11 2015.
Since then, some certificate authorities have been disabled and new ones have been created.
This ticket is about updating ca-bundle.crt to include these changes.

Agreed! Also seems like something we should update on a regular basis without a ticket being opened explicitly for it :)

Given all of the history in #34935 this probably needs some more testing.
