WP4.9.5 de, all plugins up-to-date with
Plugins: Akismet, TinyMCE, enhanced Media library (activated or not), ...

When I started today an new blog entry, I could not use the add media button on the editors title line, nor could I use the
"text" button aside the "visuell" button. Is there a remedy to this situation?

I want to add fotos to the blog which are already in the media collection. No chance!

Please try to test after deactivating your third-party plugins or theme. See console maybe you can see JavaScript errors.
