    1 I'm personally not that much interested in the 'cookies' themselves as I'm totally with you on the matter that it is on the user side so he's in full control. I'm interested in putting on hold any unwanted remote or local calls to APIs etc before the user has given consent (again depending the situation) and logging that consent.

    33>Cookiebot (the company) uses cookies for consent logging. In this ticket, somebody with the user name @cookiebot propose that we use cookies for all types of consent logging that is required by the GDPR - not only for cookie consent.
