TinyMCE image toolbar not functioning in Microsoft Edge

Description
After inserting an image into the Content Editor TinyMCE image tools do not properly open after clicking an image to justify or edit image.
I am only able to recreate this issue on Microsoft Edge 42, other browsers, Chrome, Firefox, IE11 seem to work as expected.

This was due to the fact that in 4.9.6 we updated to a newer version of TinyMCE, but by the time that the update was finished, TinyMCE released their own update, which fixed bugs introduced in the version we added (such as the one you found).
We're tracking this in #44134
