My Comment system is not showing GDPR checkbox

Description

I recently updated wordpress and as per the documentation, There should be a checkbox below my comment section which displays the option saving names and details of my site visitors.
However,This checkbox doesn't appear on both my domain and subdomain.
can you help me to figure this out??
