Mobile post editing is broken

Description

Since updating to 4.9.6 I can no longer edit posts on my mobile devices (iPad Air, iPhone 7). Once I have interacted with the text in the edit field I can no longer scroll up or down on the screen. Consequently, if I highlight text at the end of my post, I cannot scroll back up to make format changes, or click the Update button, etc.

Tried dumping cache, no luck. Tried deactivating plugins, no luck.

Thanks for the ticket, and welcome to Trac!

I just tried to reproduce this on my iPhone 7 Plus and was unable to replicate what you described above. I tried in Safari and Chrome.

I am going to close this out in favor of the thread you created in the support forums, as that is a better forum for this request unless we identify a way to reproduce this issue.
