Help with WordPress asking for FTP credentials

I added a line that when uncommented will prevent wordpress asking one to provide FTP credentials during uploads on loacalhost and dedicated servers

I made changes to the wp-config-sample.php so that you guys can push to the main wp-config.php

This is not needed in the default wp-config-sample. Generally, this is something people should only change if they are experiencing update problems.
