WP_Editor change tab also apply to all editors

When we change tab of editor (between Visual and Text) it sets a cookie. So next time it is remembered.

But it is applied to other editors as well. If we have more than one editor (need not to be in same page) cookie is applied to that editor as well.

My suggestion, if we set editor id also in cookie, we can apply that cookie for only that editor.

Hi there @shamim51, thanks for your bug report.

It would be great if you could clarify a few of points:

• Are you referring only to the classic editor here, or also the block editor?
• By "more than one editor" on the same page, do you mean a page with custom fields that are full editors?
• And on different pages, do you mean with different posts or pages from the same site open in separate windows?
