Description
As I Log In to a site and fill inn the Username/Email Address and the Password and click Log In
I get the following error message.
ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.
I have to fill in the Username/Email Address and Password a second time to log In.
I see that the cookie setting in Chrome is already turned on.

I log out of the site and log in again. The same cookie error shows up.
I have to fill in the login info a second time to log in.
