Just got this message on my user profile page:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/vhosts/mysite/wp-admin/user-edit.php on line 270

On WordPress 4.9.7, PHP 7.2
I don't have jetpack installed

Hey there, welcome to Trac! Are you using a clean install of the latest version of WordPress?
Make sure that there are no plugins activated and a default theme is active.
Does the same still happen?
