3	3	The previously submitted patch gives the simplest option. It is likely safe to add that version even in 5.3.1, having the least chance of causing trouble with anyone's current font and color settings. I specifically avoided changing the markup (so we would not also need to edit the JavaScript copy function and/or the `wp_get_default_privacy_policy_content` filter).
