Open links from News&Events in dashboard to a new browsertab

Description

I would be very pleased if those links from the news and events section of the dashboard would open to a new browser tab or window (as choosen by user settings of the local browser).
Sometimes I accidentally click on them and the news open in the same window as my dashboard so it disappears and might be forgotten.
