    77It would be better to either hide that banner anytime the Classic Editor plugin is active, or provide some messaging that they'll need to deactivate it before they can actually Try Gutenberg.

    9 The Classic Editor plugin only unhooks the Try Gutenberg panel when Gutenberg is active. It might be easiest to just change that, so if Classic Editor plugin is active, then the Try Gutenberg panel doesn't show. That wouldn't involve a change to today's RC. Thoughts @azaozz?
