  • Component changed from General to Editor

The Table of Contents box does not count the number of <p> elements in your post, but the number of core/paragraph blocks in it.

See https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/94f54892c214ebd014ec126a9575b7e902198ad9/packages/editor/src/components/table-of-contents/panel.js#L59-L66

If you want to suggest a change to this behavior, I recommend you to open a new issue on GitHub as Gutenberg is developed there and is not yet a part of WordPress core (which this site here is for).

Yes, definataly i know that its not part of wordpress core yet. But i want to suggest that if any non developer user working on wordpress admin panel to insert content and he/she also see this feature then he/she don't understand that how this feature is work. So i will change this behaviour in short time.
Thanks.

Thank you for testing Gutenberg! As noted above, please report any Gutenberg issues on GitHub, as it's not a part of WordPress core yet. Closing the ticket for now.
