Images uploaded is not in high resolution.

Hi there,

I tried several times to upload images it is not showing in high resolution. Its look very ugly. Do I have update my WP or there other problem.
Secondly, do Wp provide i.e free templates and images etc. for the websites.
Thirdly, I wrote a big story letter like story how I am struggling between my hosting company 1&1, WP and Woo. There technical support is extremely poor.
I have several technical questions to ask.

1. Would you please look into my website: ​https://100percentskincare.com/ just review it and make sure is there anything missing.

2.My website menu and categories are not setup in a professional way. Can you assist my in this regard that product category should show up in the menu as well. I really can't afford a developer. If you can help will be big help.

Images are resized in order to suit performance. That decreases their quality too. Also, WordPress 4.4 has introduced a featured called Responsive Images. To disable image compression in WordPress you can use below filter with image quality as per your needs.

add_filter( 'jpeg_quality', 'wp_thumbnail_quality' );

WP or any other platform does not provide free images but for free WP template check ​https://wordpress.org/themes/ and use template as per your needs.

You use use Bluehost, SiteGround, etc. refer this article - ​https://wordpress.org/hosting/

It's WP bug report panel so it is not possible to check your website and give you bug report.
