Custom comment types display enhancement

Recently we've had an issue with Gutenberg's Latest Comments block, but we thought this goes further to how WordPress core handles comments.

WooCommerce adds order notes (custom comment type order_note) and uses the filter comments_clauses to exclude these comments. In this case, the Latest Comments block does not display them. But as soon as the WooCommerce plugin is deactivated, the comments will start appear.

Not sure what the best solution here would be, nor whether it should be handled on Gutenberg/core side, but looking forward to your opinions.

Could you describe what the "bug" is? I don't see any. If it's really an enhancement you want, please change the type to that and describe the enhancement.

@bor0: Do you see the comments appear in the Recent Comments widget when you deactivate WooCommerce?

I need to search by address, date of arrival and date of departure. I installed the Woocommers “WooCommerce Reservations” and “WooCommerce Reservations” plugins, but WooCommerce has no search!
