Local installation WP 4.9.8 and Gutenberg

Description
I have installed WordPress 4.9.8 locally under Mamp. Last year, the local installation went smoothly.
Classic Editor, normal editor: I can create, save and publish all posts, pages.
Gutenberg Editor: No page or post can be saved or published. No preview and no caching is possible, although the creation works with blocks.
I tried it with Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Have also activated the themes of WordPress to see if it is the theme. Always the same, normal editor saves, Gutenberg not.
At Addons I only have 5, Classic Editor, Gutenberg, UpdraftPlus (disabled), All in One Seo Pack, Autoptimize. I deactivated them one after the other, but always the same result.
