Summary Update Scriptaculouss 1.7.1_beta2 to 1.7.1_beta3 → Update Scriptaculous 1.7.1_beta2 to 1.7.1_beta3

I've made a patch which updates it to beta 3.

Beta 3 comes bundles with prototype 1.5.1, but I bumped it to 1.5.1.1, because that's the same version we distribute standalone with Wordpress.
