Remove gutenberg text domain

Description

Needs to remove gutenberg text domain from all translated stings so WordPress polyglots team can translate all string to there languages.

Also change package from @package gutenberg to @package WordPress

Hello @mukesh27, thanks for the ticket.

You probably mean to the files in wp-includes/blocks? And mentioned in #45109 these are part of an external package and need to be fixed in the package directly. The related GitHub issue is https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/10788.
