    1 I think it should follow the dependencies tree of the scripts. Since [https://www.npmjs.com/package/@wordpress/block-library block-library depends on components] the current order would be correct in core, although [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/branches/5.0/src/wp-includes/script-loader.php?rev=43861&marks=187-208,1660#L1660 not defined as such], yet.
