I noticed that block comments in class-wp-block-parser.php are all referring to Gutenberg versions instead of WordPress 5.0.

WP_Block_Parser is part of an ​external package as mentioned in ticket:45109:8.

Ah sorry. I missed that. However the file structure doesn't help to identify that it's part of an external package.
