Description

The scrollbar aivailable within the customizer for the Twenty Nineteen Theme makes it hard to meet an exact color. This should be possible for using existing color schemes, p.ex regarding corporate branding.

It would be great to have the option to insert an hex value.

Thanks for the hint! As there already are several threads about the color picker like # 373 I'd better cause no chaos.
