WP 5.0 editor wouldn't allow me to create a audio playlist

Description

By default, I cannot add a audio playlist. A workaround is that I can Add a "classic" block, and create a audio playlist using the Add Media button. However, I cannot edit the playlist after it's created.

May consider add this feature for the editor. Thank you.

In 46458:

Cron: Prevent sending headers when using ALTERNATE_WP_CRON

ALTERNATE_WP_CRON echos things which causes a "Headers already sent" warning. This adds a check to ensure headers haven't already been sent.

Previously: [45560]
