Upload form should remember your selections

Often I end up uploading multiple images the same way: "full size" linked to "none".

It's annoying to have to check the same radio buttons over and over again.

My patch uses cookies to remember what you selected

We saw some wierdness on wordpress.com where either reverting this change or disabling the share this plugin would fix problems with the uploader. This was not uniformly seen on other blogs running share this. One error seen was:

pp[i].split is not a function -- line 45

Didn't do much debugging yet. We reverted the js changes on wordpress.com for now.

As of [7322], the latest trunk, the uploader does not remember your selections. Of course it will need a new patch as everything has been overhauled since I opened this ticket.

As of 2.7, The media inserter remembers your selections, If its still an issue, feel free to re-open.

It does, mostly, but not which uploader you prefer to use. I'm re-opening because eventually I might write a patch.
