Description

After Theme Setup, changes on default we select default image will not save after the publish of suggested image in customize section in every them i tested please resolve this bug.

Which theme are you using? Does the issue still exist with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Nineteen) activated?

I've tested this on WP master branch version (5.4-alpha-46582-src)

Themes:
"Twenty ElevenVersion: 3.3"
"Twenty Seventeen 2.2"
"Twenty Thirteen 2.9"
And I cannot reproduce the mentioned issue
