Can't confirm deletion of user

Description

Using WP 5.0.1
When trying to delete a user who has content on the site, the 'Confirm Deletion' button doesn't become active after selecting a radio button.
The developer console shows an error with the JS.

Hi @rpayne7264, thanks for the report!

Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Nineteen) activated?

.op_closed_msg does not look like something from WordPress core.
