Twenty Nineteen: Button label is bold by default, ignoring bold formatting

Description

The Icon B (for bold) should be highlighted, when the text is bold. But it is highlighted, when the text is normal.

Seen in Block Button, WP 5.0.2

For me it is working as it should.
The button B is highlighted when the selected text is Bold and not highlighted otherwise.

Block Button

You are showing normal text, not the button label

This is because .wp-block-button .wp-block-button__link is bold by default.
