Description

I found A Bug into your software. Which is
Whenever I click on Approve and Reply option in comments, then it's automatically trashed.. Please Fix it.

Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Nineteen) activated?

i can't replicate above issue in fresh install WordPress 5.0.3

  1. ❌ Error condition did not occur.
