We have found grammatical mistake in comment of wp-activate.php file.

The phrase displays confirmation to my understanding is absolutely correct.

@subrataemfluence I run a quick check using Grammarly with the following result:

The noun phrase confirmation seems to be missing a determiner before it. Consider adding an article.

Grammarly maks the missing article as incorrect though. That said, I don't see why we should not accept that change. Especially, as the change seems to be correct and it's @chinteshprajapati very first contribution. 😉

I've reopened this ticket but changed the type from defect (bug) to enhancement.
