r44379 changed the top. Does the bottom need to be changed also? Or removed?

Huh. The effort to make it more clear kinda only made it twice as confusing IMO. Now we have 1 that gets bumped (without a ticket reference?) and one that doesn’t?

For something as trivial as incrementing a year, maybe we could simplify this out of existence so no one needs to find it and open a third issue?
