Can't import xlsm to media library - not permitted for security reasons

Description

I have the latest version of WordPress (5.0.3) installed.

I have never had problem uploading xlsm files to my media library until WordPress 5, now I get the message: Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

I have tried plugins and to upload directly via FileZilla to go around this issue but nothing works.

I know other people having the same issue since I see several unsolved support tickets.

Please look into this issue.
