initial v1 1 Maybe we can check for 'WP_INSTALLING' before calling update_sitemeta_cache()? 1 Maybe we can check for 'WP_INSTALLING' before calling update_sitemeta_cache()? The table will be created once the installation finishes. But it seems the update_site_cache() is called prior to the upgrade scripts.
