Tab order for Date

In Gutenburg editor, when you change the dste, the date window has fields as:
(Date) (Month) (Year)
(Hour) (Minute).

(This order might be due to Canadian localization)

When you tab the tab order is Month > Day > Year > Hour > Minute this is confusing and not intuative.
