Hello,

When we plan to publish a post, the hour is wrong localized.

On this French Screenshot, the post is plan for the 23rd of March at 5.30pm (17h30)

Here, it's OK:

but here, it means 5:30 am and not 5:30pm

@sebastienserre this seems to have been solved by adding the AM/PM buttons next to the hour inputs and from my testing the hour is set properly now.

I will close this but feel free to reopen if it is still not working for you.
