Identical theme names - problem with update

Hi,

At the moment there is a problem with updating the themes via WordPress. I use the theme Salinger by cmsmasters that was created on 5 May 2016: ​https://themeforest.net/item/salinger-personal-blog-portfolio-wordpress-theme/15410788?s_rank=1. But it appeared that now there is one more theme with the same name Salinger by GalussoThemes: ​https://wordpress.org/themes/salinger/

As this theme has higher version, the WordPress offers to update my theme to this one: ​https://www.screencast.com/t/InXjh9Zso ​https://www.screencast.com/t/7n5ybUwKP9 And update crashes the website, of course.

Could you please change the update algorithm so that not only the theme name will be checked when the new version is available, but also the theme author? It will resolve such issues with the themes that have the identical names.
