Reloading the post editing screen in Firefox turns a post from Published to Private

Bug #3895 is back. My guess is this was re-introduced by the addition of "Pending Review" to the Post Status selector

Bug #3895 is back, not reopening that bug b/c it is not in a released version of WordPres
