Block editor adding line breaks between blocks

Description

When a post is created in the block editor the generated HTML receives 3 line breaks in between blocks. This isn't much of an issue in the browser but the line breaks are also inserted into feeds which are then displayed in some RSS readers.

The three line breaks probably come as a result of filters on the_content stripping out block editor <!-- --> markup.

I've seen it most notably on Reeder on iOS 👍
