Description
I needed to change the start attribute of a Gutenberg numeric list block but there's no option to modify this value.
<ol start="3"><li></li></ol>
After adding it manually Gutenberg converts the block as "HTML" making the content writing a little bit complicated.

startattribute has been included in the editor sidebar since WordPress 5.3.https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/17040
