Scheduled pages don't always publish

Description

I think this has happened once or twice in the past, but both yesterday and today scheduled pages didn't publish, despite saying it published.

The page still shows up in the "scheduled" tab on https://wordpress.com/pages/ but the link to the pages only leads to the "oops!" page for those viewing it. If I click on the link while logged in it brings me to a preview of the page that doesn't look any different from how it would if it actually published, as normal for scheduled pages... and if I edit it I have no way to tell it is not actually published as shown below, unless I click publish again.

The text above "published" looks like I never scheduled it but then the text claimed it was published.
