Avoiding errors in theme folder

Description

Since the bundled theme folders have an index.php file and that it doesn't seem to handle errors, if one visits say

https://www.example.com/wp-content/themes/wp-content/themes/twentynineteen/

assuming the site has WordPress installed, this visit will produce an error_log file in that folder.

So some code at the beginning to prevent error_log from being generated is needed for all themes.
