     9Regarding process: this is a low-priority enhancement, not really a "task". This shouldn't have been committed during beta. Also, this ticket is only for the media modal, why do we suddenly have dark borders on all text fields in wp-admin? How was that tested for usability?

    1111It also seems to make it worse for specific group of users (perhaps with specific medical conditions), while in theory benefiting another group of users. I think more feedback is needed before making such changes, it's not OK to degrade the experience for some users :(
