Bundled Themes: Bump version numbers and update changelogs for 5.2 release

Since 5.2 will ship with some fixes to default themes, let's add a Task to bump each theme’s version number and update each changelog.

47172.patch​ bumps the version numbers and changelog information for the themes; it also includes updated POT files for Twenties Ten & Eleven.

@ianbelanger caught a missed 'Stable Version' update for Twenty Twelve; 47172.1.patch​ takes care of that but it otherwise the same.

Update the theme versions and release dates for the default themes, in time for WordPress 5.2.

The POT files for Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten have also been updated.
