No, there is no option (yet) for a tripadvisor icon but I guess there are quite a lot of hotel and restaurant sites using wordpress - but of course I don't know anything about tripadvisor usage compared to github, google-plus etc... ;)
Btw: apparently svg-icons.svg currently hosts 50 icons.

Requests for new Twenty Twenty icons were closed last year, in favor of creating a filter (see ticket:48713#comment:7), so perhaps this should be closed as well.
Kinsta describes how to use the Twenty Seventeen filter for any additional SVG icons.

Link to the Twenty Twenty icon announcement: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/07/30/themes-field-guide-wordpress-5-5/.
While this announcement was for Twenty Twenty specifically, the same is true for all default themes. Continuing to add requested icons is not sustainable. The necessary filters are in place to allow new icons to be added as needed to suit specific projects.
By missing do you mean there's a bug with it? Off the top of my head I don't remember there being an option for a tripadvisor icon, as the default themes are meant to be lean and designed for the majority of users.
